About Lighten Up
Lighten Up helps people explore paths for achieving their desired wellness. People are able to find many health benefits, including stress reduction.
Susan H. went on her own wellness journey after turning 40. She went back to college and joined Meriter's Community Health Education Center. Susan became a certified mindfulness coach, certified life coach, and has facilitated the "Renewing Life" class along with many others.
In 2009, Susan began working with Dr. Jim Walters, ND, the founder of Vital Health. She was mentored by him and has continued helping others achieve greater wellbeing.
